Took my 11 month old Yorkie in because he ate a chicken bone and was acting a little weird…they made me feel comfortable and kept me updated every step of the way!!! He ended up having an embedded bone in the back of his throat they were able to sedate him and remove it. We are so grateful they were able to get our boy back to his usual self for a portion of what an emergency vet would have. I can’t thank you all enough. This would have been a terrible situation without the love and expertise of the vet and staff. AGAIN, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We live in French Settlement but made the drive out here after a recommendation. They were able to get my girl Izzy checked in and seen in a reasonable time! They were so kind to keep us updated on the wait time and offer snacks and drinks. And when we got hard news they were so patient and kind. Izzy is doing better now and we are so grateful for everyone here!

Our 15 year old Maltese stopped eating and drinking, so we thought this might be it for her. We took her to Priority Pet Urgent Care, and they did labs and blood work. They determined she had a liver disease and treated her with meds. She’s back to eating and drinking and running around the house. She’s feeling great thanks to Priority Pet Urgent Care!

I do have to say my experience with emergency vet clinics is not great. This place is amazing, not only did I spend 30 minutes on the phone with Taylor before we brought him in, but she provided me her personal cell number when I left in case I had other questions. At no time did I feel like this was a transaction and I truly felt the care the provided to my Batman. Taylor was amazing and continues to be amazing. Surely going above and beyond her role. She was my first point of contact and took all the time I needed to understand and go over things. The entire staff was amazing. Sandy took the time to manually type up instructions for his home care. It's so nice to have an option other than the emergency clinic and I will recommend to anyone who has pets The empathy, the profound knowledge of the entire staff and the care they took for my cat

My little pixie bob, Sushi, had an awful abscess after getting attacked by a stray. We came to this urgent care in the evening, around 5pm, and had a great experience! The vet was efficient and caring, and the whole team was lovely! My little guy was well cared for and we left with all of the medicine needed to complete his recovery. The prices were extremely reasonable compared to our regular vet. I felt we were charged fairly for our urgent care visit. The office itself was clean, and the coffee/snacks were much appreciated. Thank you all for your time this evening! I will recommend.
